He looks back on founding his first casting company and the realities of working in Hollywood. In today's world, it's actually easy to become famous and rack up a million followers. But today's guests stress that there is no shortcut to becoming a sought-after actor, director, or producer. It takes hard work, lots of learning, and a continuous effort to improve your brand and network. Jeff also highlights that making movies is 10% creative and 90% business. Once the movie is out, you need to have some knowhow on business because, at this point, it is no longer about the art, so increasing your knowledge on how to deal with people this way is critical to your survival.
